It is required for authentication and is not controlled by optional consent. * The optional “Remember me” control on the sign-in page stores the administrator’s email address in local browser storage, only when requested. It does not store the password and can be cleared by unchecking that control or clearing browser storage. * eyra_consent: a first-party cookie that remembers the selected categories, consent version and timestamp for up to 180 days. It does not contain a visitor identifier, email address or other contact details. Use Accept All, Reject Optional, or Manage Preferences in the banner. You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choices. Optional switches start off unless you have previously enabled them. We ask again when the preference expires, is cleared, or the consent configuration materially changes. Withdrawing Analytics consent stops future first-party tracking and removes its tab-session storage. Withdrawing External Media consent unloads embedded players and prevents further player loading. Data already sent cannot be recalled by the browser, and third-party cookies already set may need to be removed using browser controls or the provider’s own settings. The eyra-visit sessionStorage entry groups activity within the same tab and renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is cleared when you withdraw Analytics consent; sessionStorage normally ends when the tab is closed. Analytics records are kept for up to 180 days through periodic cleanup. Authorized administrators can review aggregate statistics. The existing Do Not Track browser signal is also respected, even when Analytics is selected. Analytics does not run on Admin or sign-in pages. Rejecting Analytics does not affect authentication, security or website content. 6. Third-Party Services and External Media Some articles include Spotify players. The website also supports YouTube players where included by our editors. These players are not loaded, and no player requests are made to their providers, unless External Media is enabled in Cookie Preferences. When disabled, a placeholder and a normal external link remain available. External Media and first-party Analytics can be enabled independently. When a player is enabled, its provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Provider cookie names and lifetimes may change. YouTube players use the youtube-nocookie.com embed domain, but are still treated as optional external media.
